From commencement of the project we attempt through regular communication
& contact to establish a team with the stakeholders of the project
– client, principal, design consultants and us as the contractor. |

Partnering
Our efforts for partnering in the project involve the members of
this team, to include ensuring that early warning, duty not to hinder
and acknowledging client concerns as an important component to ensuring
the Project is partnered. |

Meetings
In the initial stages of the project we plan to develop the concept
of partnering through a short introduction workshop to establish
those important links. |
| B. Reporting

Ongoing
Regular contact from Project Management Team for operational site
matters, progress, safety concerns. |

Fortnightly
Site Meetings with Project Team, Client, Design team, Major Subcontractors
assess time, cost and quality delivered.

Monthly
- Project Control Group Meetings incorporating Project Management
team, Client and Principal.
- Production of monthly formal report and submission to Client as
per Quality Assurance procedures.
- Assess future program, discuss design changes, issues resolution. |

Principal have monthly opportunity to review the performance of
contractor throughout project. |

D.Subcontractor/Supplier
Selection and Approval

All Subcontractors
proposed for use submitted to Client/Principal for acceptance. |

undertake site induction covering all requirements for project on
initial start date. |

Subcontractors
& suppliers proposed are continually assessed from previous
projects with the company. Only acceptable contractors & suppliers
are proposed from these evaluations. |
| E. Defect
Free Completion |
In accordance
with contractual conditions, Completion of project to be arrived
when all known Defects are completed. |

Defect Liability
period standard of 52 weeks provided to rectify defects. |
| |
Formal system
in place for reporting and tracking of Post Completion Defects. |
| F. As
Built Documentation and Manuals |
All required
documentation to be provided as per Design requirements. |

Copies to
be provided include electronic versions of all manuals and drawings,
for complete accessibility and ease of future adjustments. |

Approval
of As Built materials sought from Design Consultants prior to Client
acceptance. |

All Warranties
and guarantees provided with documentation |
